1、双组份打胶机设备应安装在干燥、无粉尘、无腐蚀性气体的不利环境中(要求与其他设备相一致，当然，如果没有达到至少无腐蚀性气体的条件，设备中有电线以及管道等配件抗腐蚀)。

    2、室内温度好控制在10~40度的室内坚硬地面，地面应水平度较好。(在这里说的地面水平度要好，并不一定要非常平整才行，我们的设备在设计之初就考虑了地面的复杂性，所以对地面平整度有相当大的要求，只要不提太大的问题，就可以正常工作。

    3、双组份打胶机安装前，应先检查是否有因运输、搬运引起的变形、损坏及紧固件松动等情况，以前有客户在打胶机的过程中，将设备的智能控制系统中的一个零部件碰掉了，导致设备无法正常运行，工作人员到现场后，才进行排查。

    4、我们可以根据地面平整度的实际情况，通过调节设备的可提升地脚螺栓来调节设备的水平度直至设备稳定。再按图连接线路并可靠接地，将气源连接到机台配有的气源，保证无气体泄漏。
    4、Firstly,wecanadjustthelevelnessoftheequipmentuntiltheequipmentisstablebyadjustingtheliftinganchorboltsoftheequipmentaccordingtotheactualsituationofthegroundflatness.Thenconnectthecircuitaccordingtothediagramandgroundreliably,connecttheairsourcetotheairsourceequippedwiththemachine,ensurenogasleakage.
    5.将液压油注入到油槽中精选的位置，46#液压油(大约50升)。

    6、接通电源，打开电源，查看设备是否工作正常。
